Asha Rangappa who was previously director of the associate dean's office at Yale Law School and assistant Dean of the Jackson School of Global Affairs at Yale University is a senior lecturer and an expert in international affairs. Prior to being appointed, Asha worked as an Agent Special in the New York Division of the FBI which specialized in counterintelligence investigations. She assessed national security threats and carried out classified investigations regarding suspected foreign agents. Asha's experience in the FBI comprised interviews, electronic surveillance and interrogating methods, as well as firearms and deadly force. Asha is a graduate of the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was given a Fulbright to pursue constitutional reform in Bogota. She received her degree from Yale Law School as a Coker Fellow as well as working for Juan R. Torruella at the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit of San Juan Puerto Rico.
